Returns Policy


We will accept returns for any reason
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us first at within 7 working days of receiving the goods.
Please ensure that you receive a confirmation from us that your cancellation email was received.
If you wish to return any goods, please likewise email us first for confirmation.
You have to pay the cost of returning the goods.
Goods that are sent back without confirmation from us may be refused.
All goods must be returned in their original packaging where applicable


Damage in transit - If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must inform us within 2 days from delivery.

Shortages - It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of items . Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 2 days from delivery.

Incorrect Goods - It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 2 days from delivery.

Non-Deliveries - We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit but will do our utmost help to enable you to recover unless we are not notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.
Please note that Royal Mail do not consider a parcel lost until 3 weeks after posting
